Founder-Head of Camps
My passions come from raising awareness of important issues like climate change, sustainability, conservation, human rights, and animal rights.
When I originally began thinking about the Foundation, it was always meant to be a safe space, where young people could feel included and heard. I have almost a decade of experience in working with young people and three years in a leadership position in camp settings. Over those years, I have worked with young people in Turkey, Argentina, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
The Foundation has grown exponentially from the original concept, but my fundamental beliefs and intentions of using the spaces to facilitate positive change will always be at the forefront of what we do and the decisions we make. Although my title says Head of Camps, which includes much of the operations at the Foundation, all of us take a multi-faceted approach to our responsibilities and helping one another.
Let’s change the world together, for the better.
